Welcome to ProvelixPro. These Terms & Conditions outline your rights, responsibilities, and obligations when registering for and participating in our training programs, certification support services, and professional development offerings. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Registration and Payment Policy

Enrollment in any ProvelixPro course is confirmed only upon:

Full payment of the applicable course fee within two (2) days of registration and before the course commencement date.
Written confirmation from an authorized ProvelixPro representative via email.

Where applicable, payments made through bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods must be successfully cleared before access to course materials, training sessions, or certification support is granted.

In the event of payment failure, insufficient funds, chargeback, or payment reversal, ProvelixPro reserves the right to suspend access to all services until payment is successfully completed.

Any delay in payment may result in restricted access to training materials, support services, certificates, and other deliverables.

2. Course Deliverables

Course fees may include:

Course registration
Instructor-led training sessions
Digital learning materials
Practice assessments and mock examinations (where applicable)
Certification preparation support
Contact Hours / PDUs / Completion Certificates (where applicable)

Certificates will only be issued after full payment has been received and all course requirements have been met.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling by ProvelixPro

ProvelixPro reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any training program due to circumstances including but not limited to:

Instructor unavailability
Operational requirements
Insufficient registrations
Technical issues
Force majeure events

In such cases, participants may:

Transfer to a future batch
Attend an alternative session
Receive access to equivalent learning resources

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within fifteen (15) business days from the original scheduled session end date.

4. Participant-Initiated Cancellations and Rescheduling

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled program:

Written notification must be submitted via official ProvelixPro communication channels.
Cancellation requests submitted more than seven (7) business days before the program start date may be eligible for partial refund consideration after applicable deductions.
Cancellation requests submitted within seven (7) business days of the start date may not be eligible for refunds.

Participants may request rescheduling:

Without additional charges if requested at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled start date.
Additional administrative charges may apply for late rescheduling requests.

If a participant reschedules and later cancels the rescheduled session, refund eligibility may be limited or void.

5. Attendance and Certification Policy

To maximize learning outcomes and receive applicable certification support:

Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions.
Missed sessions may require attendance in future batches before completion certificates are issued.
Certain support programs, guarantees, or special benefits may become void if attendance requirements are not met.

Contact Hour Certificates, PDUs, or Completion Certificates may only be issued after attendance requirements have been fulfilled.

6. Certification Success Support (Applicable Programs Only)

For selected certification programs, ProvelixPro may offer additional exam preparation support, mentoring, or retake guidance.

Eligibility requirements may include:

Full participation in training sessions
Completion of assigned practice exams
Completion of recommended study activities
Attempting the certification examination within the specified timeframe

Specific program guarantees, if offered, shall be governed by separate written terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All training content, materials, videos, presentations, assessments, recordings, and learning resources provided by ProvelixPro are protected by intellectual property laws.
